Some Adekz solutions use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

Users may request to stop receiving messages at any time through the available support channels.
4. Data sharing
Data may be shared with technology providers only when necessary to operate the services, including, depending on the contracted project:
- Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform;
- hosting and cloud computing services;
- databases;
- automation services;
- artificial intelligence providers;
- monitoring, security, and communication services.
Providers may vary depending on the solution in use.
Adekz does not sell personal data.
5. Artificial intelligence and automation
Some solutions may use automations and artificial intelligence to organize information, classify requests, generate preliminary responses, or support operational processes.
Where applicable, measures are taken to limit data sharing to what is strictly necessary.

Data is stored for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to perform contracts, and to meet applicable legal obligations.
