Adekz develops and provides solutions related to:

- process automation;
- system integration;
- artificial intelligence;
- digital customer service;

- technology and consulting services.
Available features depend on the contracted solution.
3. Permitted use
Users must use the services ethically, securely, and in compliance with applicable law.
It is prohibited to use the services to:
- commit fraud;
- send spam;
- distribute illegal content;
- infringe third-party rights;
- attempt to access data without authorization;
- compromise system security;
- engage in misleading communications;
- use phone numbers or personal data without a legal basis.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform
When a solution uses the WhatsApp Business Platform:
- the customer must comply with Meta’s policies;
- the customer must have authorization or another legal basis to contact recipients;
- message templates must follow applicable rules;
- opt-out or stop-message requests must be respected;
- the customer is responsible for the content, contact lists, and campaigns they register.
Adekz may suspend flows that present risks of fraud, spam, legal violation, or non-compliance with platform policies.
5. Accounts and credentials
The user is responsible for:
- keeping credentials secure;
- not sharing access improperly;
- reporting suspected unauthorized access;
- keeping registration data up to date.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- the legitimacy of entered data;
- message content;
- authorization to use contacts;
- correct process configuration;
- reviewing information generated by automations or artificial intelligence;
- compliance with laws applicable to their activity.
7. Availability
Adekz aims to keep services available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Downtime may occur due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- third-party failures;
- infrastructure incidents;
- events beyond reasonable control.
8. Third-party integrations
Some features depend on external platforms.
Changes, limitations, outages, or blocks applied by third parties may affect how solutions work.
Adekz does not fully control these external services.
9. Artificial intelligence
Results generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed when used in relevant decisions.
Users should not treat automated responses as legal, medical, accounting, financial, or other specialized professional advice.
10. Intellectual property
Adekz institutional content, code, trademarks, interfaces, documents, and materials are protected by applicable law.
No rights are transferred to the user beyond those expressly provided in a contract.
11. Suspension
Access may be suspended in cases of:
- violation of these Terms;
- security risk;
- contractual default;
- illegal use;
- non-compliance with integrated platform policies.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
