Adekz Tecnologia provides this channel for requests related to access, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of personal data.
How to request
The data subject should send an email to:
Preferably use the subject:
Data deletion request
In the message body, include:
- full name;
- company, if applicable;
- email used for registration or support;
- related phone or WhatsApp number;
- description of the request;
- enough information to locate the data.
If identity confirmation is needed, Adekz may request additional information in a secure and proportionate manner.
Request steps
- Receipt of the request;
- validation of the information;
- identity confirmation, when needed;
- location of the data;
- review of legal and contractual obligations;
- deletion, anonymization, correction, or blocking, as applicable;
- confirmation of completion to the requester.
Timeline
The request will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained when necessary for:
- compliance with a legal obligation;
- regular exercise of rights;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- performance of a contract;
- maintenance of financial or tax records.
In those cases, data is kept only for as long as necessary.
WhatsApp message deletion
Deleting data stored by Adekz does not necessarily remove messages already stored in the user’s own WhatsApp app or in systems operated independently by Meta.
Users may also delete conversations directly in their app.
Confirmation
After processing, Adekz will send a response to the email address used in the request.
